Contact

Good technology starts with a conversation.

A good project starts with a conversation. Tell us briefly where you need support.

A project. A question. A good beginning.

Tell us what you have in mind, where you are starting and what matters to you. Together we will establish the right next step.

How we process your information
FROM FIRST CONTACT TO A PROPOSAL

A few details make getting started easier.

You do not need a complete technical specification. Describe the situation in your own words. We can then establish together what else is needed for a useful assessment.

01

1 / Describe the request

What do you want to achieve, what is not working and who is affected? A short overview of existing equipment or applications helps put the enquiry in context.

02

2 / Agree the context

We establish relevant systems, the desired result, possible access and whether an on-site visit makes sense. Timing and existing dependencies can be discussed too.

03

3 / Define the next step

Depending on the request, this may mean further investigation, an arranged support appointment or a proposal with defined scope. Additional work is agreed before it begins.

Useful details for your first message

  • Type of project and the desired result
  • Existing equipment, applications or physical space
  • Exact error message and impact when reporting a problem
  • Preferred timing and method of contact
